59 Trips Around The Sun

Sometimes the best days are not epic!  They are ordinary days.  Magical, ordinary days. Days spent doing exactly what you like to do even if no one else understands!  I had one of those yesterday.    Lots of little projects and  not allowing myself  to see  "what really needs done"  and letting it spoil the day!    I spray painted this chandelier.  Ready to hang today... more on that in another post.    Sprayed this mirror and finished cleaning and decorating the hallway.      Almost have the kitchen finished.  Logan visited me to show me his  hunting attire for  turkey hunting today.     Dinner napkin valance on the front door. I scrubbed the front porch at the camp,  tidied, spruced, decorated, and it is ready for Jenn's party tonight, almost... JWS cooked that awesome meal above and  ...

Alligator pins that my dad bought for me in Florida when I was little, A pin of my grandmothers, and one belonging to JWS' grandmother. My old Brownie and Girl Scout pins. A great-great aunt's pin, one made by a friend... Memories. I made these pillows for Gracelyn and Kenda...

That precious woman crafting in her organized perfect craft room dipping one tree at a time in a vintage glass holding her measured bleach mixture... Yeah right. Fill up the sink, glug, glug some bleach into it, and toss in the trees. In true crafter ADD, I poured myself a cup of coffee, wiped off the counter and turned around..... and they were bleached. That over-organized crafter on YouTube was doing a lot of dipping and waiting. But then, she measured. A quick rinse,...
