Be careful what you suggest.
We live next to the fairgrounds. We look at it every day. Of course, my mind works overtime and somewhere this idea formulated in my mind sometime last winter. If it would have stayed in my mind, it would have saved me a lot of work. If it would have stayed there, the fairgrounds would not have looked this nice this year though. Here's the idea: Put areas of the fairgrounds up for "adoption". Individuals, clubs, businesses can adopt areas of the fairgrounds in return for free advertising and a chance to win prizes. I thought, "hey I'll suggest this and I'll even adopt an area" So I suggested and then I was in charge of it. When will I learn? Obviously I haven't learned in the first 50 years of life, it's not looking good for the next fifty. Luckily I asked a couple of people to help and they have proved to be priceless!
